Start Your Case Review

This intake form allows us to gather the essential details needed to begin reviewing your case.
After submission, we will conduct a quick preliminary review of the case file and provide you with an estimate of costs and next steps.
Once you approve the estimate and payment is received, we begin the full in-depth review.

What Happens Next

  1. Case Intake: You complete the intake form with case details.
  2. Preliminary Review & Estimate: We do a quick, informal look at the case file to identify needed records and prepare an estimate of costs and next steps.
  3. Approval & Payment: The estimate is sent to you for review, approval, and payment. Work begins once payment is received.
  4. In-Depth Review: We conduct a line-by-line review of transcripts and filings. Potential due process, constitutional, or procedural issues are documented with citations.
  5. Report Delivery: You receive a plain-language report plus an attorney-ready packet (timelines, exhibits, citations) delivered securely in writing.

Our role is to provide clarity and documented analysis. We do not offer legal advice, but our findings can help
families and attorneys decide the next steps with confidence.
